We are passionate about helping young women grow and make an impact.

Mission

At GAIN, we are committed to inspiring and empowering the next generation of women and non-binary investment professionals, providing a dynamic platform for learning, career development, and transformative networking opportunities.

Vision

Our vision is to expand our impact across thousands of women and non-binary students annually, driving a powerful shift in investment industry representation and encouraging greater participation in investment careers. By fostering access, support, and opportunity, we aim to redefine the future of the field.

The low representation of women among decision-makers in the investment industry has a profound, lasting impact on society. Our mission is to empower and inspire talented women to pursue careers in investment management and equip them with the knowledge and experience they need to succeed. By doing so we are not just shaping careers – we are reshaping the future of the industry.
