What’s included?
9 virtual events: Hear from guest speakers in the industry, build technical skills, and dive into online coursework.
3 small group mentoring sessions: Learn directly from professionals in investment management.
1 in-person Insight Day (November 2025): Visit a partner firm in Stockholm, take part in a stock pitch activity, and network with industry professionals.
1 in-person networking event in Stockholm.
This all takes place mid-September to mid-November 2025, online and in-person.

Studying at any Swedish university, in any year of study

Pursuing degrees in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, Engineering or Management

No! GIIP is designed for beginners – all you need is curiosity and motivation.

Applications for GIIP Sweden are open 16 June to 31 August 2025. You’ll need to complete a short application form, which will be reviewed by our team.
We’re looking for intellectually curious individuals who love learning, are strong communicators and team players, and are genuinely interested in exploring investment management as a future career.
Please note that GIIP is a competitive program, and unfortunately we can’t offer places to everyone who applies.

You’ll need to attend 9 virtual sessions (around 1–2 hours each), 3 mentoring meetings, and 2 in-person events in November. Plan for around 2–3 hours a week during the program.

To receive your GIIP Graduate Certificate, we ask for at least 80% attendance and participation. But even if you can’t make everything, you’ll still gain valuable experience.
